02 The Mandate

Twenty domains of executive responsibility.

A mandate is drawn from these domains and sized to your circumstances. Some principals engage two. Others engage the whole structure. Filter by domain to see what each involves in practice.

Executive Office

Executive & strategic decision support

Complex situations reduced to a decision package — context, options, recommendation, consequence and deadline — so your judgement is applied to the decision rather than to assembling it.

Executive Office

Chief-of-staff & principal-office functions

The single thread running through everything else: priorities, gatekeeping, follow-through, and one accountable party who knows the state of every open matter.

Executive Office

Executive communications & information management

Correspondence triaged, drafted and routed. Requests answered under standing authority. What reaches you is what genuinely warrants your attention.

Executive Office

Travel & executive logistics

Movement, aviation, ground, security, accommodation and the itinerary discipline that makes multi-jurisdiction travel unremarkable rather than consuming.

Financial

Financial administration & reporting oversight

Payables, records, reconciliations and reporting cadence held to schedule across entities — coordinating your CPAs and controllers rather than replacing them.

Financial

Budgeting, cash-flow visibility & financial intelligence

Operational visibility across entities, properties and projects, so that liquidity questions are answered from a maintained picture rather than reconstructed on request.

Financial

Investment & opportunity workflow management

Inbound opportunities logged, screened against your criteria, tracked through diligence and closed out — with a record of what was declined and why.

Enterprise & Projects

Business & portfolio-company coordination

A consistent reporting rhythm across operating companies and holdings, so performance, risks and requests arrive in a comparable form.

Enterprise & Projects

Major acquisition & project coordination

Transactions, builds and initiatives run with dependencies, budgets, milestones, responsible parties and unresolved issues continuously tracked.

Administration

Entity & corporate-administration oversight

Registered agents, filings, minute books, governance calendars and beneficial-ownership records maintained across every entity you hold.

Administration

Contract, renewal, obligation & deadline tracking

Every commitment carries a lead time and an owner. Auto-renewals are surfaced before they trigger, not after they have.

Administration

Vendor, contractor & professional-services management

Selection, onboarding, scope, performance and offboarding — including the confidentiality and access terms every vendor must accept before engagement.

Property & Household

Real-estate & property portfolio administration

Acquisitions, leases, capital projects, maintenance regimes, insurance and staffing across every residence and holding, in one register.

Property & Household

Household & private-staff administration

Recruitment, employment terms, scheduling, payroll coordination, confidentiality obligations and the discreet supervision that private staffing demands.

Technology & Security

Technology strategy & digital infrastructure

Devices, networks, accounts, backups and continuity — designed once, maintained continuously, and consistent across every property and entity.

Technology & Security

Cybersecurity & privacy coordination

Credential hygiene, access review, exposure monitoring, incident response and the removal of unnecessary public footprint around you and your household.

Advisory & Family

Coordination among your professional advisers

Attorneys, CPAs, wealth managers, bankers and insurance professionals working from the same brief, toward the same objective, on a shared timeline.

Advisory & Family

Family-office operational support

The operating layer beneath an existing family office — or the structure that removes the need to build one.

Advisory & Family

Philanthropic & legacy-project coordination

Grant cycles, foundation administration, reporting obligations and the long-horizon projects that are easiest to postpone and hardest to restart.

Advisory & Family

Crisis-management & special-situation support

A rehearsed command structure for the situations that do not follow a schedule — assembled in advance, so it does not have to be improvised under pressure.

No capabilities in that domain.

03 Scoping

A mandate is written, not assumed.

Before anything is executed, the engagement defines which domains are in scope, what authority is delegated within each, what thresholds require your approval, and who is accountable for the outcome.

Frequently. Many engagements begin with the chief-of-staff function alone, or with obligation tracking across entities, and expand only once the working relationship and information-governance arrangements have proved themselves.
No. Your attorneys, CPAs, wealth managers and other licensed professionals remain in place. Werewolf coordinates them, holds the schedule, and makes certain their work connects to a coherent objective. Where a gap exists, we will say so plainly.
A capable assistant becomes considerably more effective with an executive structure behind them. In most engagements the existing team stays and is given the coordination layer, escalation paths and information systems they have been operating without.
Scope is reviewed on a defined cadence and may be expanded or reduced at your direction. Capabilities scale with your complexity — that is the point of the architecture. Authority granted in one domain never implies authority in another.
